As Senior Project Manager, Carol Sosa leads in the administration of build details in the areas of Chassis Development, Hot Rod Performance, Paint /Body Customization, Upholstery, and Design for City Classic Cars and Restorations By Sabra. Carol Sosa is one of the few women in the industry to lead a multi-million dollar annual brand with two locations, and 25+ staff. Carol is a bilingual Hispanic woman who oversees a hiring program that boasts of cross cross-cultural pool of talent. Carol has worked closely with the largest black car builder in the world for over 10 consecutive years. Carol has been an SEMA veteran for over 10 years, has attended and coordinated DEI tables at the SEMA gala and SEMA banquets, and facilitated DEI introductions in SEMA PAC circles. Carol is a veteran SEMA member, a member of SBN, and participated for a full week in the All Women SEMA Build Bronco Build 2022. Carol Sosa also volunteers her time to the Industry by serving as a Line Producer of the SEMA Across America digital project.

I am the Director of Projects for City Classic Cars - the leading full service Restoration and Restomod shop in Houston, Texas. I go above and beyond to ensure my client's dream is realized while maintaining integrity to the build process, honoring the history of an era, and creating design specs for each vehicle as I assist my team to produce a quality product with excellence and attention to detail that will last for generations to come. I lead in the area of Business Management and Project Management. As Director of Projects , I lead in the administration of build details in the areas of Chassis Development, Hot Rod Performance, Paint Customization, and Upholstery Design and Creations. I lead a multi-million dollar a year business with over 15 technicians from a single location. My passion resides in seeing a client receive his or her dream car once we are complete, and the relationships we build during the process remain with me throughout the years. It is more than just a car, it is about the process of human and automotive restoration.
My 15 years in the Hot Rod industry has helped me to become a greater communicator, a broader thinker, and a more active listener. I work in the industry, I regularly attend the SEMA show, I regularly buy and sell at collector auctions, I frequent performance racing events, I am a member of Goodguys, I mentor youth in the industry, and I am the proud GM of the brand leading City Classic Cars Restoration Center based in Houston Texas. So, I bring a well rounded view of the aftermarket industry. I know the passion, the sweat and the commitment to excellence it takes to be great in this market. I can talk Car Talk, I can talk Restomods and Restorations and I can talk Factory Correct Builds as I have personally participated in the process is takes to design and build these machines we call "Hot Rods" year after year. Being a woman who leads an iconic automotive restoration brand, and my personal background and ethnicity, offer a different perspective and unique point of view that I believe will help the Hot Rod Industry soar to even higher heights.
